I am experiencing technical issues. How do I resolve it?

If you experience technical issues when using the Tala app, there may be several reasons behind it. To fix this, please try the following:


  • Check if you have a stable data connection. You need this to use the Tala app properly.
  • Make sure you have the latest Tala app. If not, please try to reinstall the official app from Google Play.
  • Check if we sent you a notification regarding system maintenance or an ongoing downtime. If you have received a message from us, you should be able to access the Tala app when the technical activity or fix is completed.
