You can reset your PIN by opening the Tala App by following the steps below:

1. Open your Tala app and tap "Forgot PIN"
2. Provide the details shown on the screen to help us verify your identity.
3. Enter the verification code that we will send to your phone number via SMS.
4. Set a new PIN for your Tala account.
