Some customers may not have a Last Name (surname) on their PAN card and only have a single name. If you are facing this issue, please follow these simple steps to get the correct details and continue your application for a Tala loan.
- Enter your PAN Card number.
- Type your Name under Full Name (as per PAN Card) field.
- Use your Father's First Name or Father's Last Name (if available) in the Last Name (surname) field.
- Once done enter your Date of Birth as mentioned on your PAN Card.
- Click on permission checkbox & then Submit.
- Once you entered details your PAN Card validation should now be successful.
