Why isn’t my payment reflecting in the app?

UPI transfers are usually processed in real-time. In rare occasions however, some delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances e.g. system maintenance, partner issues, etc. 


Here’s why you shouldn’t worry: 

  1. Your payment will be reflected based on the date that you initiated the transaction.
  2. Daily interest will only be charged up until the date that you made the payment.
